# Which type of emails can I send?

KRYPT7 supports natively HTML emails, which can contain advanced typography, images embedded into the message's content and, of course, have files attached to them.

If you send an email in clear, because you might thereby send an email outside of KRYPT7, we're systematically adding to the HTML version a plain-text version, to ensure maximum compatibility with old email clients.

All emails, encrypted or not, can only be sent to a maximum of 48 recipients at the same time (all fields to, cc, bcc combined).
